2. Services Provided
Tatvadarshi provides software development, web design, mobile application development, digital marketing, SEO, and related professional services. The scope, timeline, deliverables, and pricing of specific projects are governed by individual project agreements or statements of work entered into with each client separately.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment of all agreed fees, clients own all custom work product created specifically for them under a project agreement. Tatvadarshi retains ownership of pre-existing tools, frameworks, libraries, and methodologies used in delivering services. We retain the right to reference completed work in our portfolio unless explicitly restricted by a confidentiality agreement.
4. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any non-public information shared during a project engagement. We take client confidentiality seriously and are willing to sign mutual NDAs before project discussions. Our team members are bound by confidentiality obligations as part of their employment agreements.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Unless otherwise agreed, projects require an upfront deposit before work commences. Invoices are due within the period specified in the project agreement. Late payments may result in project suspension. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the project agreement.
6. Project Delivery
Project timelines are estimates based on the information available at the time of agreement. Changes to project scope, delayed client feedback, or unforeseen technical challenges may affect delivery timelines. We commit to transparent communication about any timeline changes as soon as they become apparent.
7. Limitation of Liability
Tatvadarshi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability to any client shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim. We make no warranties about the fitness of our work for any particular purpose beyond what is specified in the project agreement.
8. Website Use
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our website or systems. We reserve the right to restrict access to our website for any reason without notice.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. We encourage resolution of disputes through direct communication before resorting to legal proceedings.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance. For active project clients, material changes to terms will be communicated directly.
